Chronic Fatigue

Fatigue has many causes.

 

Myalgic encephalopathy (ME) is one serious cause that is associated with a history of viral infection, especially glandular fever.

 

A well functioning immune system is essential to maintaining good energy.

 

In addition nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, emotional and physical stress and chronic undetected infections can lead to chronic fatigue.

 

When treating chronic fatigue all these factors need to be considered.
