Specific Symptoms
Pain Syndromes
Except where there is failure of a joint or muscle due to significant external trauma, almost all musculoskeletal injury is the inevitable end to a build up of problems over time. Your back pain might be the result of a combination of the residues from an ankle sprain twenty years ago combined with an old ligament tear on the opposite knee, poor sleep and a low grade food intolerance. The body may well cope with any one of these alone but together they provide more challenge than the body can cope with and as such may constitute the underlying causes of your symptoms.
